 Working from a “shopping list” of your requirements and after studying your site to capitalise on views, shelter, parking, etc., we produce a design tailored to your lifestyle. This will be designed to fit your budget and costed at this stage. We can apply for Planning Permission on your behalf.

CONSTRUCTION
Once a design is agreed, it is worked up in detail, Building Warrant applied for and prices obtained from contractors. We help with choosing fitments, materials and colours. Once on site we keep an eye on the work to ensure it is built to the design and handle any queries that arise.

EXTENSIONS
Designing and advising on the best way to alter your home is another service we provide. This can bring new life into a house an increase the value of your property.
